- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste (optional)
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 cup cashew paste (soak cashews in water and blend to a smooth paste)
- 1 cup heavy cream
